Green Team Bulgaria

The open-access community archive of the The Green Team Bulgaria. The Green Team is a volunteer formation, that has started its environmental activities and events in 2009. The main project, called “1 million” aims at the planting of 1 million trees by volunteers without any financial support. Another significant project of the Green Team Bulgaria in partnership with Peliti, Greece is organizing the Seed Exchange Festival every year in spring and the establishment of Independent Seed Bank for traditional varieties in Bulgaria. Every year the Green Team Bulgaria honor the herbs on a special day, called Enyovden, collecting herbs in the fields, keeping this very old tradition alive.
